القاهرة:- أعلن المستشار أحمد رفعت رئيس محكمة جنايات القاهرة خلال المؤتمر الصحفي الذي عقدته هيئة محاكمة الرئيس السابق ، أن محاكمة مبارك ستجري في جلسات متتابعة دون التقيد بالأيام المحددة لتوزيع العمل وهي يومان. وسيتم السماح لكاميرات التليفزيون المصري فقط دون غيرها ببث وقائع المحاكمة والنطق بالأحكام على الهواء مباشرة. وقال المستشار رفعت إن دخول القاعة لحضور وقائع المحاكمة سيكون للفئات التالية: 1- المدعون بالحق المدني أو من ينوب عنهم 2- هيئة الدفاع عن المتهمين 3- أهالي المتهمين من الدرجة الأولى أو الثانية 4- رجال الصحافة والاعلام المصري ويتم التصريح للإعلام الأجنبي بالحضور بموجب خطاب من الهيئة العامة للاستعلامات وأشار المستشار رفعت إلى أن هيئة المحكمة قررت تحديد العدد السمموح به لهذه الفئات مجتمعة بـ600 شخص فقط . و نوه رفعت إلى أنه من غير المسموح بأن تدخل القاعة كاميرات التصوير بكل أنواعها والهواتف المحمولة أو أية أحهزة مماثلة. وأشار إلى أن المحكمة تبدي اطمئنانهاإلى التزام الحضور بالوجه الحضاري لمصر وتتطلع إلى التوفيق من الله. واضاف أن المحاكمة ستجرى في حلسات متعاقبة دون التقيد بالأيام المحددة لتوزيع العمل وهي يومان. وكانت حالة الهرج فى المؤتمر الصحفى قد أدت إلى انسحاب المستشار أحمد رفعت بشكل مؤقت من المؤتمر لحين عودة الهدوء والانضباط داخل القاعة.
